Hong Kong Disneyland has two different storage services. The luggage valet is outside the park on Park Promenade near MTR Disneyland Resort Station. The self-service locker is inside the park on Main Street, U.S.A.
Both currently cost HK$150 for the day, but they solve different problems. The valet price is per piece and accepts any-size luggage. The locker has fixed dimensions and includes unlimited access during regular park hours.
Which storage service fits your bag?
Use the luggage valet when...
You have a suitcase, an oversized bag or another piece that will not fit the locker. It is also the logical choice when you want to leave luggage before entering the park.
Use the Main Street locker when...
Your belongings fit within the listed dimensions and you want to reach them during the visit. Unlimited access is included during regular park hours.
For one bag, both services currently cost the same amount for the day. Measure a rigid bag before counting on the locker. Wheels, handles and side pockets all need to fit inside the cabinet.

The luggage valet is on Park Promenade near MTR Disneyland Resort Station. You reach it before entering the park, which makes it the practical stop for guests arriving from the airport or another hotel with suitcases.
The storage lockers are inside Hong Kong Disneyland on Main Street, U.S.A. Because this service sits beyond park entry, decide before scanning in whether a larger bag belongs at the valet.

Valet charges are per piece, so two checked items carry two fees. The locker price covers the locker for the day, but everything must fit within one cabinet. Prices can change.
Hours, pickup and overnight storage
The luggage valet and the lockers are accessible only during park operating hours. Build pickup time into the end of your visit rather than waiting until the final minutes of the day.
Locker storage is not available overnight. If an item is left in a locker overnight, the park directs guests to Lost and Found at Guest Relations inside City Hall in Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.
The park specifically promises unlimited access for the locker during regular park hours. It does not make the same promise for luggage-valet pieces, so keep medicine, tickets, passports, chargers and anything else you may need with you.
A practical luggage plan
- Measure before you leave. Compare the bag's widest points with 45 × 35 × 43 cm, including wheels and handles.
- Separate essentials. Keep identification, tickets, medication, payment cards, a phone and weather gear out of stored luggage.
- Count valet pieces. The HK$150 valet charge applies to each piece for the day.
- Store before entry when needed. Use the Park Promenade valet for a suitcase rather than carrying it to the park entrance.
- Save the location. Photograph the valet counter or locker area and retain any ticket, key or receipt you receive.
- Collect everything during operating hours. Locker storage cannot continue overnight.
