Tokyo Disney Resort Lost and Found: Parks, Hotels and Resort Line

The correct contact depends on where the item went missing. Park guests use the lost-item form, while hotels and the Disney Resort Line have separate routes.

If you lose something inside Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea, tell a nearby Cast Member before you move on. Give the approximate time, the last place you had the item and a useful description. If it does not turn up nearby, register the loss through the resort’s English-language form.

Do not use the park form for every location at Tokyo Disney Resort. Disney hotels handle their own inquiries, affiliated hotels ask guests to call the hotel directly, and the Disney Resort Line has a separate phone number.

What should you do first?

  1. Stay close to the last known spot. Check your bag, stroller, seat and the public area around you. Do not cross a barrier or reach into an attraction area.
  2. Ask a Cast Member. Share the time, location and item description. For a phone, camera or earbuds, have the brand, color, case and serial number ready if you know it.
  3. Write down your route. The park form asks where you went after the approximate time of loss. A short sequence of attractions, restaurants and shops can narrow the search.

Where do you report a park item?

At Tokyo Disneyland, Main Street House in World Bazaar handles Lost & Found. At Tokyo DisneySea, Guest Relations at the Park Entrance provides the same service. A Cast Member near the loss location is still the best first stop.

After leaving either park, use the official Tokyo Disney Resort lost-item form. The current form is available for English-language inquiries and covers Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.

What does the park form ask for?

The owner should complete the form. If the missing item contains cash or personal information and its owner is different from the original possessor, the original possessor should submit the report. A guardian may complete the form when the owner cannot.

Submit one item per form. You will choose the park, enter the date and approximate time, describe where you went after the loss and provide details such as category, color, brand, case, identifying marks or a photo. Be precise, but do not invent an exact time or location.

The resort may contact you by email or phone if it needs more information. It does not send a message when an item is not recovered, so silence is not confirmation that the search is complete.

How do pickup and shipping work?

If the item is found, park pickup begins the next day and must occur within 14 days. Bring a valid form of identification. The item is returned at the park where it was lost.

The form also offers shipping for some items. Domestic shipments use cash-on-delivery service. Visitors who have left Japan may request international shipment, with shipping and possible customs fees charged to the recipient. Some items cannot be shipped because of carrier or destination restrictions.

Cash and items containing personal information, including phones, identification, credit cards, ATM cards and IC cards, cannot be mailed. Those items must be picked up in person. If that is not possible, select park pickup on the form and wait for Lost & Found to contact you if the item is found so you can discuss the return.

What if the item was lost at a hotel?

For a Disney hotel, contact the hotel through the official Disney Hotels inquiry page. It provides separate forms for Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Disney Ambassador Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel and Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel.

For an official, partner or good-neighbor hotel that is not a Disney hotel, call the hotel where you stayed or visited. The park lost-item form is not the right route for those properties.

What if the item was lost on the Disney Resort Line?

Call the Disney Resort Line at 047-305-2424. Assistance is available in Japanese only. The line is staffed from one hour before park opening through one hour after park closing, seven days a week.

The item is returned to its owner. A representative needs a letter of proxy to collect it. The operator does not contact guests when an item is not recovered, and the caller pays any phone charges.
