If someone feels ill or gets hurt at Universal Orlando, ask the nearest Team Member for help. You do not need to memorize a park map before you go. A Team Member can direct you to First Aid or bring help to the area when walking across the park is not practical.
First Aid is available in all four parks. Universal Studios Florida and Epic Universe each have a main location and a smaller front-of-park option. Islands of Adventure has a location near the entrance plus its main Health Services station. Volcano Bay has one station beside the entrance.
What should you do when you need help?
- Tell a Team Member. Give your location and a short description of what happened. If the person should not walk, say that immediately.
- Use the official app for the current route. Search the Universal Orlando app map for First Aid or Health Services. This matters most when construction or temporary paths change the walk.
- Call 911 for a life-threatening emergency. Ask a Team Member to help direct emergency responders to your location.
First Aid is the practical starting point for an in-park health need. This guide does not describe treatment or promise that a particular service will be available. The staff on site will decide what help is appropriate.
First Aid locations by park
Universal Studios Florida
Front of park: Family Services near the Studio Audience Center.
Main station: Canal Street between the New York and San Francisco street sets.
Islands of Adventure
Front of park: Inside the Guest Services lobby, just right of the main entrance turnstiles.
Main station: Sindbad’s Village in The Lost Continent. Check the app for the exact route before walking there.
Epic Universe
Main station: Adjacent to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic.
Front of park: A satellite facility at Guest Services, to the right of the entrance.
Volcano Bay
Park entrance: The First Aid station is next to the entrance and is staffed with registered nurses and professional paramedics.
These landmarks are useful, but the app map and an on-site Team Member are the best sources for the final few turns. At Islands of Adventure, check the route before walking to the main station in The Lost Continent.

Companion restrooms are available at Family Services in Universal Studios Florida, at both First Aid locations in Islands of Adventure and at the Volcano Bay First Aid station. Family restrooms are available elsewhere in Volcano Bay. Ask a Team Member for the closest option rather than crossing the park unnecessarily.

- Know which person in your group carries medication and emergency contact information.
