Tiffins Restaurant and Nomad Lounge are getting some birthday-season menu changes. In a May 18 update, Disney Parks Blog said the two Discovery Island dining spots are marking their 10-year milestone with new food and drink items, plus a fresh look at the Imagineering details behind the restaurants.
Tiffins remains the sit-down restaurant near the Tree of Life, while neighboring Nomad Lounge serves smaller plates and drinks.
The new Tiffins items Disney highlighted include Korean Barbecue Pork Belly Bao Buns, Gobi Manchurian, a Regional Curry Tasting, Shrimp & Grits, Oaxacan Pork Duo, Butter Chicken, Caramel Flan, and African Pot de Creme.

Nomad Lounge's refreshed menu is built more around shareable plates and drinks. Disney listed a charcuterie and cheese board, crispy chicken wings, Traveller's Provisions with warm onion naan and three dips, wild mushroom dumplings, churros, grilled beef kefta, sticky pork ribs, Lychee-Ginger Lemonade, and a gin cocktail called The Pachyderm and The Pollinator.
The new menu items give Animal Kingdom another sit-down dining option to check during long park days, especially when heat or rain makes an indoor meal more appealing.

Tiffins reservations can be made 60 days in advance through My Disney Experience. Disney's announcement also points to mid-day meals at Tiffins and lighter bites at Nomad Lounge.
The new items are available as Tiffins approaches its 10th anniversary at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
