Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom says it donated 5,000 Squishmallows to support children and families across the Lehigh Valley.
The effort was organized with Emily's Hug Mee Drive, HeroBuds Lehigh Valley, and SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall. Teams from the park and partner groups gathered with pallets of boxed plush toys for the donation handoff.
Emily's Hug Mee Drive and HeroBuds Lehigh Valley support children facing medical challenges and families in need, according to the park. SERVPRO assisted with pickup, transportation, and storage until the Squishmallows are ready for distribution.
The May 20 update also landed just before Dorney Park's water-park season. Wildwater Kingdom opens for 2026 on Saturday, May 23, with wave pools, slides, family attractions, and kids' splash areas returning for summer.
Dorney Park is one of the former Cedar Fair parks now operating under Six Flags Entertainment Corporation after the 2024 merger. The chain has been using its national blog for more local park updates, including community work, event previews, and operating-season announcements.
