Halloween Horror Nights 35 runs for 48 select nights at Universal Studios Florida from Aug. 28 through Nov. 1. The complete 10-house lineup includes Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, alongside four scare zones, two live shows, Premium Scream Night, tours, hotel packages, food, and merchandise.
Halloween Horror Nights 35 dates
HHN 35 starts Friday, Aug. 28 and ends Sunday, Nov. 1. The schedule covers 48 select nights, including a final event night after Halloween.
Tickets and upgrades
Single-night tickets, Halloween Horror Nights Express, R.I.P. Tours, Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tours, Scream Early, and vacation packages are available for 2026.
Scream Early adds admission to Universal Studios Florida after 2 p.m. on the same day as a valid HHN ticket. Guests can reach at least three haunted houses before the event begins, but they must enter the park by 5 p.m. Separate HHN admission is required.
Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror offers lights-on tours of three or six houses on select dates and times. Theme park and HHN admission are not included, and neither is required for the tour.
Premier Annual Passes include one complimentary HHN admission. Reservations open after noon EDT on July 21, and one booking can include up to nine Premier Passholders when every Pass ID is ready.
Rush of Fear, Frequent Fear, Frequent Fear Plus, and Ultimate Frequent Fear passes are now on sale. None includes a season-long Express option, so guests who want Express must buy it for individual event nights.
Halloween Horror Nights Express provides one-time Express access to all 10 haunted houses and participating attractions. The new five-house R.I.P. Tour starts at $299.99 plus tax and visits either a North or South route. Each route includes five houses, guided priority entry, Unlimited Express at participating rides during event hours, and a commemorative credential, lanyard, and button. Event admission is required separately.
The full 10-house R.I.P. Tour remains available with guided priority entry to every house, a light-appetizer reception, valet parking, and reserved seating at select shows.
Premium Scream Night
Premium Scream Night returns for two nights: Thursday, Aug. 27 and Monday, Oct. 19. It is a limited-capacity version of the event with lower attendance than regular HHN nights.
The ticket includes shorter haunted-house waits, select all-you-care-to-enjoy food and nonalcoholic drinks, a souvenir credential and lanyard, and free self-parking with valid Premium Scream Night admission. Alcohol is sold separately for guests 21 and older with valid photo ID.
Premium Scream Night is the only HHN option where guests can wear costumes, subject to Universal’s costume policy. Costume masks remain prohibited. The Aug. 27 date happens before the regular event opens, while the Oct. 19 date falls during the main season.
Houses, scare zones, and entertainment
The Orlando event will have 10 all-new haunted houses, scare zones, street experiences, and live entertainment. The complete house lineup is Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, Stranger Things, Sinners, H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals, Cybergoria, INVASION: Alien Abduction, Hellraiser, Evil Dead Burn, and Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness.
Infernal Carnival of Nightmares is the first announced scare zone. Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow preside over the carnival, and the first letters of the zone name spell ICON.
Sideshow of Decay gives Cindy her own carnival junkyard. Oddfellow's sorcery brings its decayed performers back to life.
Downtown Clowntown brings Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Art the Clown, and other murderous clowns into a city setting. Universal teased the Killer Klowns street appearance on July 16, then named the zone and its additional characters on July 24.
FORTNITEMARES turns Freaky Fields into a living battleground. The zone includes the Battle Bus, familiar Fortnitemares characters, and new characters created for the Halloween Horror Nights version.
Nightmare Fuel: Blood Noir is the announced live show. The production uses music and stunts in a vampire-ridden metropolis, and the Fuel Girls fire-performance troupe will return for the 2026 show.
Stranger Things: Return to Hawkins is the second announced live show. The WSQK broadcast revisits the music, monsters, and memories from all five seasons. Universal has not announced its venue or showtimes.
Jack and Oddfellow
The anniversary year brings Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow together as the event’s ringmasters. Their house, Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, digs into the rivalry between the two icons and drops it inside the carnival theme.
The two characters share the Jack & Oddfellow house and the Infernal Carnival scare zone. Their rivalry ties the anniversary lineup to earlier Orlando events.
Stranger Things joins the lineup
Stranger Things returns to Halloween Horror Nights in 2026 with a new haunted house based on the Netflix series' final season. The Orlando house sends guests through Hawkins, Hawkins National Laboratory, the MAC-Z military base, the Upside Down, and the Abyss while Vecna, Demogorgons, and other creatures close in.
The Stranger Things collection includes a T-shirt, mug, and Infernal Carnival acrylic figure.
Sinners joins the lineup
Sinners is the first major film-based house announced for both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood. The house takes guests to Club Juke in the 1930s Mississippi Delta, where vampires Remmick, Bert, and Joan attack the club.
Early Sinners merchandise includes a shirt, hat, and display pieces.
H.R. Bloodengutz returns
H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular! brings the WKNB horror host back for a Halloween-night scare-athon inside the studio. The house sends guests through Bloodengutz's favorite fright films, with ghouls, gore, and Halloween set pieces built around the returning character.
Bloodengutz first appeared at HHN 21 in 2011. The new house brings him back to WKNB for a final Halloween special.
MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals
MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals turns a defunct zoo into cannibal territory. Rival factions have taken animal instincts to extremes, and the house sends guests through their territory.
The original house is set inside the ruins of an old zoo after nearly all life has disappeared.
Cybergoria
Cybergoria sends guests thousands of years into the future. Humans wake from cryo-sleep and find machines harvesting flesh and replacing it with synthetic parts.
INVASION: Alien Abduction
INVASION: Alien Abduction sends guests into a remote homestead after a ship full of Grays tears through the property in search of test subjects.
Show director Charles Gray told Nerdist that the team had discussed an alien-abduction house for about five years.
Hellraiser
Hellraiser brings the original film trilogy to Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood. The house centers on Pinhead, the Cenobites, and the puzzle-box nightmare that has followed the films since 1987.
Evil Dead Burn
Evil Dead Burn begins at the Price family's secluded vacation home in the woods. Guests move through scenes from the sixth Evil Dead film while Deadites take over the house.
Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness
Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness is the tenth announced Orlando house for HHN 35. Its addition completes the named 10-house lineup for the 2026 event.
Hotels and vacation packages
Vacation packages bundle one night of HHN admission, daytime theme park admission, and a Universal Orlando hotel stay. Packages can include daytime access to Universal Epic Universe.
Universal hotel guests can use complimentary transportation and a dedicated HHN entry gate. Seasonal hotel experiences vary by property.
Food and merch
The first merchandise waves include Jack and Oddfellow items, Sinners pieces, Stranger Things items, shirts, hats, mugs, and acrylic figures. The Evil Dead Burn collection adds a T-shirt, hat, and acrylic figure. FORTNITEMARES adds a graphic tee, decal set, and acrylic figure. The full event food lineup has not been released.
How to plan HHN 35
Choose an event date, then compare single-night admission with Express, Scream Early, R.I.P. Tours, and hotel packages. Each option requires separate HHN admission unless the product description includes it.
Pick a short house list before entering and group nearby houses once Universal releases the final event map. Guests planning to visit food booths should leave time between houses.
