A 21-year-old Orlando man was arrested on a felony video-voyeurism charge after an alleged incident in the Magic Kingdom queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run.

News 6 reported that Ryan Boufakeer was taken into custody by the Orange County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday night, May 26, after a woman accused him of recording under her skirt while she waited in the ride line.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by News 6, the alleged incident happened between about 7:05 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The woman told deputies she turned around after hearing noises and saw Boufakeer crouched with a phone angled upward.

The affidavit says Disney security later found a man matching the description on property and brought him to a security office. Deputies said Boufakeer told investigators he was at the park as a chaperone for students from South Creek Chorus.

Boufakeer faces one felony count of video voyeurism. The charge is an allegation, and criminal charges are not findings of guilt.
