Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air debuted a Disney and Pixar Toy Story 5 aircraft at Portland International Airport, adding Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Forky, Karen Beverly, and new tech-toy characters to an Embraer 175.
The aircraft is registered N659QX and named To 45 and Beyond, a nod to Horizon Air's upcoming 45th anniversary and Buzz Lightyear's famous catchphrase. Toy Story 5 opens in theaters June 19, 2026.

To 45 and Beyond Plane Details
The design uses floating clouds across the fuselage and Toy Story-style callouts including Saddle Up, It's Takeoff Time and Ready for Takeoff, Partner. Forky and Karen Beverly appear on the winglets.
New Toy Story 5 characters on the plane include Lilypad, Snappy, Atlas, and Smarty Pants. The film brings the toys into a tech-focused story with Lilypad, a tablet device voiced by Greta Lee, joining the cast.
The Toy Story plane joins Alaska's larger Disney-themed fleet, which includes Friendship and Beyond at the Disneyland Resort, Tiana's Bayou Adventure Flyer, Mickey's Toontown Express, and the Star Wars Transport to the Disneyland Resort.
