Disney Store listed a limited-release Buzz Lightyear talking action figure for the 250th Independence Day anniversary, and the $49.99 Toy Story figure is already out of stock online.
The figure puts Buzz in a special American uniform with stars and stripes. The toy has laser light and sound effects, a wing-release button, flashing lights, a retractable helmet, and more than 10 character phrases.

The figure is about 12 1/2 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches wide, and 5 1/2 inches deep. It uses ABS, PP, and PVC materials, with three AAA batteries included.
