TechRadar reported Friday that Walt Disney World's Disney MagicMobile pass will adopt Apple Wallet enhanced keys later this fall with iOS 27.
The update will let guests see more of their Walt Disney World itinerary after tapping the Disney MagicMobile pass in Wallet, including park reservations, Lightning Lane redemptions, special-ticketed events, dining reservations, and upcoming trips.
Guests will still add the pass through the My Disney Experience app before it appears in Apple Wallet.
Disney MagicMobile In Apple Wallet
Apple's iOS 27 enhanced key experience is built for participating hotels and resorts. It can show trip details, activity updates, and available services in Wallet.
Disney MagicMobile already lets Walt Disney World guests use a phone or watch for park entry, PhotoPass linking, virtual queue and Lightning Lane touch points, and eligible Disney Resort hotel room charges.
Express Mode turns on automatically when a Disney MagicMobile pass is added, so guests can tap without opening Wallet or unlocking the device.
What Changes This Fall
The practical change is fewer switches between apps during a Disney day. If plans shift, the Wallet pass can surface details tied to a guest's My Disney Experience account.
TechRadar also reported that linked-party updates can sync to the MagicMobile pass on iPhone once the pass is set up.
Disney has not announced a separate public launch date for the Wallet update. The timing is later this fall, matching Apple's iOS 27 rollout window.
