Harvey's Boo Bash is Dollywood's first separately ticketed after-hours event. It runs Friday, Oct. 16, Friday, Oct. 23, and Friday, Oct. 30, 2026. Event tickets cost $129.99 plus tax for ages 4 and older.
Ticket holders can enter Dollywood at 6 p.m. and use the final three hours of Harvest Festival before the park closes to regular guests at 9 p.m. The exclusive portion runs from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Harvey's Boo Bash dates and tickets
Each ticket covers one selected night. The event is limited capacity, and tickets are available while supplies last. A separate bundle adds one day of regular Dollywood admission for guests who want to arrive before 6 p.m.
Gold and Diamond Season Passholders save $5 when they buy through a logged-in Dollywood account. Regular park admission and a Harvey's Boo Bash ticket are different products, so check the cart before paying if the plan includes a full park day.
How the evening works
The 6 p.m. entry time gives event guests three hours inside the regular Harvest Festival. Great Pumpkin LumiNights, fall entertainment, food, and rides continue until the daytime park closes at 9 p.m.
Harvey's Boo Bash begins at 9 p.m. The first dance party starts at 9:30 p.m., and the second begins at 11 p.m. The event ends at midnight.
Treat trails, drinks, and included items
Admission includes a candy bag for the treat trails, a commemorative cup, Coca-Cola fountain drink refills during the event, and themed kettle corn. Allergen-friendly candy will be available at select locations.
Pick up the included cup early, before the dance parties and ride stops start competing for the last three hours.
Harvey, characters, and dance parties
Harvey and Dollywood's other harvest characters will meet guests during the event. The two dance parties break the night into useful blocks: one near the beginning at 9:30 p.m. and another at 11 p.m.
Guests who care most about character photos can start with the treat trails and meet-and-greets, then save the 11 p.m. party for the end. Ride-focused groups can use the first dance party as their cue to move toward the attraction lineup.
Dollywood rides after dark
Many Dollywood attractions will remain open during Harvey's Boo Bash. NightFlight Expedition is included in the planned ride lineup, giving the new indoor coaster and whitewater experience a late-night event window during its first season.
The final attraction list can change with weather, maintenance, and park operations. Check the Dollywood app after entering instead of building the whole night around one ride.
Event food and merchandise
Harvey's Boo Bash will have themed sweets, other event-only food, apparel, and collectible keepsakes. The themed kettle corn is included with admission. Other food and merchandise cost extra.
Dollywood has not released a full menu or merchandise list. Leave room in the plan for those details closer to October, especially if a specific snack or souvenir becomes a priority.
Costume rules
Costumes are allowed. Full-body or heavily layered costumes are discouraged and may require extra screening. Costumes cannot drag on the ground, and capes must stop at the waist.
Guests older than 13 cannot wear face masks or face coverings as part of a costume. Review the current rules again before the event because safety guidelines can change.
A simple Harvey's Boo Bash plan
Arrive close to 6 p.m. to use part of the ticket window for Harvest Festival. Use the regular park hours for dinner, Great Pumpkin LumiNights, and one or two rides. Save the included treats, character meetings, dance parties, and event merchandise for after 9 p.m.
At 9 p.m., collect the candy bag and cup before lines build. Choose either the 9:30 p.m. dance party or an early ride block. Use the 11 p.m. party as the final entertainment stop, then finish with one nearby attraction or a last pass through the treat trails.
