EPCOT Festival of the Holidays 2026 Dates and Details Announced

The 2026 festival runs Nov. 27 through Dec. 30 at EPCOT, starting the day after Thanksgiving at Walt Disney World.

The returning lineup includes World Showcase Storytellers, Santa appearances, Candlelight Processional, Holiday Kitchens, the Holiday Cookie Stroll, Living with the Land: Glimmering Greenhouses, holiday lighting on Spaceship Earth, Olaf's Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt, and Scentsy's Festive Fragrances.

The festival runs for 34 days, from Friday, Nov. 27, through Wednesday, Dec. 30. Walt Disney World theme park tickets and resort reservations are already available for the holiday season.

World Showcase Storytellers and Santa

Holiday Storytellers return daily around World Showcase. The 2026 list includes the Las Posadas Celebration in Mexico, Barn Santa in Norway, the Chinese Lion Dancer and Si-Zhu Trio in China, Adventskalender in Germany, La Befana in Italy, the Daruma Storyteller in Japan, a Hanukkah Storyteller between Morocco and France, Pere Noel in France, Father Christmas in the United Kingdom, and the Canadian Holiday Voyageurs in Canada.

Santa Claus will travel around World Showcase and meet guests in CommuniCore Hall. Goofy dresses as Santa for photos at The Odyssey.

Candlelight Processional and Holiday Kitchens

Candlelight Processional returns to America Gardens Theatre with nightly performances, celebrity narrators, a mass choir, and a full orchestra. Narrators and Candlelight Processional Dining Package details are still coming.

Holiday Kitchens return with seasonal dishes and drinks around the park. The Holiday Cookie Stroll also returns: guests buy five qualifying cookies, collect Festival Passport stamps, and redeem the completed stroll for a treat.

EPCOT Holiday Overlays and Scavenger Hunt

Living with the Land: Glimmering Greenhouses returns with holiday lights and decor throughout the greenhouses. Spaceship Earth will use holiday colors and lighting effects after dark.

Olaf's Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt sends guests through World Showcase to find Olaf with holiday traditions. Scentsy's Festive Fragrances returns for a third year between the Imagination! pavilion and World Showcase, with new fragrances tied to holidays including Noche Buena and Diwali.
