General registration for the 2027 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend opens Tuesday, July 7, at 10 a.m. ET for the April 8-11 race weekend at Walt Disney World Resort.
The public window follows Club runDisney Gold and Platinum registration, which opened June 30. Race entries are not guaranteed until registration and payment are complete, and events can sell out while runners are still in the registration flow.
Springtime Surprise 2027 Race Prices
The first in-person price window runs July 7, 2026, through Jan. 4, 2027. Prices rise Jan. 5 if entries are still available.
runDisney Springtime Surprise 5K
Friday, April 9, at 4:30 a.m. ET. The Wreck-It Ralph race costs $125 before Jan. 5, then $135.
runDisney Springtime Surprise 10K
Saturday, April 10, at 5 a.m. ET. The Robin Hood race costs $175 before Jan. 5, then $185.
runDisney Springtime Surprise 10-Miler
Sunday, April 11, at 5 a.m. ET. The Alice in Wonderland race costs $239 before Jan. 5, then $249.
runDisney Springtime Surprise Challenge
The 19.3-mile challenge covers the 5K, 10K, and 10-Miler. It costs $555 before Jan. 5, then $565.
Running Through the Years Theme
The 2027 theme is Running Through the Years, with race characters pulled from Disney animated films from the 1920s, 1950s, 1970s, and 2000s.
The 5K is tied to Wreck-It Ralph, the 10K uses Robin Hood, and the 10-Miler uses Alice in Wonderland. The challenge medal features Steamboat Willie, with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse representing the 1928 short.
The 5K course runs through EPCOT. Exact course maps for the other races are usually released closer to race weekend.
