Walt Disney World has added GEO-82 and The Beak and Barrel to Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability, but the same-day app path was not fully working Friday morning.
Disney Tourist Blog, which checked the My Disney Experience app Friday morning, reported that Join Walk-Up List appears on both lounge pages but returns an availability error instead of opening a working waitlist search.
The feature works through the My Disney Experience app on Android and iOS devices with the latest app version and location services enabled. Once active, guests can check availability in the app or scan a QR code in the restaurant lobby, then join an available walk-up list, confirm party details, add dietary requests, and wait for a table-ready notification.
GEO-82 and The Beak and Barrel Walk-Up Lists
GEO-82 is the adults-only lounge inside the geodesic sphere at EPCOT. The lounge serves cocktails and small plates, and advance reservations remain part of the normal booking flow.
The Beak and Barrel is the pirate-themed Adventureland lounge at Magic Kingdom. The location serves cocktails and snacks, and advance reservations remain available while Disney stages the walk-up-list option.

Once fully active, walk-up list support will not guarantee a table. It gives guests a same-day option when a participating restaurant is accepting parties, which matters for lounges that have often depended on advance dining reservations.

Update: A Friday morning app check found that the Join Walk-Up List buttons were visible for GEO-82 and The Beak and Barrel, but the app returned an availability error instead of a working waitlist search. The story has been updated to reflect that the feature appears to be staged, not fully live.
