The Untrainable Dragon will close September 15 through September 20 at Universal Epic Universe.
The six-day break is marked as a temporary closure. Universal has not announced a refurbishment scope. Performances are scheduled to resume September 21.
The indoor Isle of Berk show combines live performers, music and full-size dragon puppets. Toothless flies above the audience with a wingspan of nearly 27 feet.
Guests visiting Epic Universe during the closure will still find Hiccup's Wing Gliders, Fyre Drill, Dragon Racer's Rally and Viking Training Camp operating elsewhere in Isle of Berk.
