Coastersaurus is scheduled to reopen at LEGOLAND Florida Resort on August 16 after a comprehensive rebuild. The return lands on National Roller Coaster Day and ends a closure that began January 5.
The ride is Florida's only fully wooden roller coaster. Its track winds through the Land of Adventure past life-sized LEGO dinosaurs. The resort describes it as a first big-kid coaster, with a minimum rider height of 42 inches.

A seven-month closure
LEGOLAND Florida's current temporary-closure list still shows Coastersaurus unavailable, with the January 5 starting date. The August reopening gives the family coaster a return date after more than seven months off the park's operating lineup.
The resort's current attraction page continues to list Coastersaurus as a two-seat wooden coaster. Guests should check the LEGOLAND Florida app for day-of operating status after the ride reopens.
