Scream-A-Geddon will start its 12th season Aug. 29 after a $2.5 million overhaul of the Dade City horror park.
The largest change is Bonzo's Bizarre, a redesigned 50,000-square-foot midway with carnival games, covered pavilions, four new food stands, fire pits for s'mores and an upgraded beer garden. The work also includes paved parking lots and park roads.
Chief Marketing Officer Jon Pianki told WFTV the company is continuing to invest in the guest experience as the event grows.
Six haunted attractions return
Bloodwater Bayou, Ravenhill Asylum, Demon's Revenge, Killgore's 3D Circus, Breach and Zombie Paintball Assault make up the 2026 haunted attraction lineup.
Guests 18 and older can choose an interactive version of Breach or Ravenhill Asylum. Participants may be separated from their group and pulled into scenes with the performers.
Bonzo's Bizarre adds Sugar & Steam, Fire & Fry, Primo Pizza and the Nacho Average Food Truck. The midway also has a rotating craft beer selection, hot and cold drinks, merchandise, midway games and hatchet throwing.

General admission starts at $27.95 and varies by date. The code NIGHTMARE25 takes 25% off general admission for a limited time.
Scream-A-Geddon will operate on select nights through Nov. 1. The park opens at 7 p.m. at 27839 Saint Joe Road in Dade City, Florida.
