The original 1995 film launched Pixar's feature-film run. Its sequels expanded the series from a successful family franchise into a major global box-office draw. The new total puts three of the five main films above $1 billion worldwide.
Worldwide box office for the Toy Story films
- Toy Story (1995): about $375.5 million
- Toy Story 2 (1999): about $497.4 million
- Toy Story 3 (2010): about $1.067 billion
- Toy Story 4 (2019): about $1.073 billion
Toy Story 5 is now just over $1 billion and remains in release, so that figure can continue to move. The earlier totals are worldwide theatrical grosses and are rounded.
