Salt & Straw's Summer Pies menu is being served at its Disney Springs and Downtown Disney District scoop shops. The monthly lineup has five flavors built around pies, tarts and galettes.
The official monthly menu lists:
- Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie: wild berry filling and double-baked pie crust in salted vanilla ice cream.
- Wildflower Honey and Lemon Chess Pie: lemon chess pie in cultured frozen yogurt with wildflower honey and lemon curd.
- Coconut Cherry Pie with Almond Crust: sour cherry filling and almond shortbread crust in coconut cream. This flavor is dairy-free.
- Gruyère and Tomato Custard Tart: Gruyère cheese, tomato jam and pie crust in salt-and-pepper custard ice cream.
- Peaches and Cream Galette: peach ice cream with pieces of peach galette and extra peach filling.
Where to find the menu at Disney
Salt & Straw has one Disney location at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista and another in the Downtown Disney District in Anaheim. The company currently lists the Disney Springs shop as open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and the Downtown Disney shop from 10 a.m. to midnight.
The flavors are part of a rotating monthly menu, not permanent additions. Salt & Straw has not listed an end date on the menu page. A July 26 report from The DIS confirmed the lineup at the two Disney resort locations.
