The 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic menu is set for Nov. 20 and 21. The outdoor event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. each night at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
Several kitchens will change dishes between Friday and Saturday. Smokin’ D’s BBQ moves from slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly to Poor Man’s Burnt Ends. Il Mulino serves lasagna on Friday and chestnut agnolotti with roasted pumpkin, citrus butter, black walnuts and sage on Saturday.
Cabana follows a Friday tuna rice bowl with grilled Gulf shrimp on Saturday. Kimonos pairs cured salmon and blue crab on Friday, then bluefin tuna and hamachi on Saturday. Garden Grove’s plant-based choices are roasted figs and maitake mushrooms on Friday and vegan banh mi on Saturday.
Both-night dishes
Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak will serve slow-braised Wagyu beef short rib both nights. Todd English’s bluezoo has oyster espuma and striped bass with white bean cassoulet, while Rosa Mexicano brings flautas de pollo, cochinita pibil tacos and a chips-and-salsa bar.
The Beer Garden menu includes fried chicken wings, grilled beef brats and Bavarian pretzels. Chinatown’s lineup includes shu mein, taro puffs, turnip cake and pan-fried shrimp and pork dumplings.
Desserts cover coffee crème brûlée malt crumble, Rocher chocolate, a Dubai strawberry shot, apple and beet financier, cinnamon roll waffle, Campfire Mocha, The Peach and a snickerdoodle banana profiterole. Dietary symbols in the menu mark gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, shellfish and nut items.
Tickets and access
A causeway event ticket includes unlimited food and beverages during the four-hour tasting window. A two-night bundle saves 10%, and the event is open to the public without a Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve hotel stay.
