A new ramp from Universal Boulevard into the Universal CityWalk bus loop is now open, giving buses a direct entrance to the transit hub that serves Universal Orlando's original theme-park campus.

An aerial photo shared Sunday morning by bioreconstruct shows the finished connection leading off Universal Boulevard and into the loop. Construction walls and barriers seen during the June work are gone from the ramp.

The direct turn removes the longer approach buses used while the ramp was under construction. It does not change the public parking entrance for cars. Universal's official directions and parking page continues to direct drivers to the garages serving CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

The addition is small beside Universal Orlando's larger construction projects, but it gives hotel and resort buses a cleaner path into one of the property's busiest transfer points.
