Both covered dining rooms at Lotus Blossom Café are open again in the China pavilion at EPCOT. WDW News Today confirmed the second room reopened Sunday, completing a phased refurbishment that began earlier this year.
The right-side seating room had been closed since July. Privacy hedges are gone from its entrances, and the temporary picnic tables along nearby walkways have also been removed.

The room keeps its open-air layout, orange pendant lights, red columns and calligraphy panels. New larger beige floor tiles replace the smaller dark-brown tiles that covered the space before the refurbishment.
The opposite dining room reopened first. With the second room available again, the quick-service restaurant has returned to its usual covered seating footprint.

Lotus Blossom Café serves Chinese-American quick-service dishes, including pot stickers, orange chicken, Mongolian beef and vegetable stir-fry. Mobile ordering is available through My Disney Experience.
