Disney Entertainment Television has scheduled 25th-anniversary September 11 programming across ABC, Disney+, Hulu, National Geographic, ABC News Live and Disney-owned local stations.

The lineup begins August 21 with the three-part National Geographic docuseries 9/11 Reunited. All three episodes will air at 8 p.m. EDT/PDT, then stream August 22 on Disney+ and Hulu. The series reunites survivors, first responders and witnesses with people who helped them during the attacks.

Michael Strahan will lead a two-hour ABC special on September 1 about the role sports, music, Broadway, news and comedy played in the country's response. It will stream the next day on Disney+ and Hulu, with an encore simulcast scheduled for September 11.

David Muir, Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer will anchor 9/11 Tribute in Light: Live from Lower Manhattan on September 11 at 8 p.m. EDT. The one-hour broadcast will be available across ABC, Disney+, Hulu, National Geographic, ABC News Live and participating ABC station streams.

The programming was developed with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. National Geographic also plans an online archive of documentary footage, interviews and original source material in early September.
