Fright Fest returns to Six Flags Magic Mountain on select nights from September 18 through November 1, 2026. The lineup has seven haunted mazes, including the new Final Destination: Death's Playground.
The new maze puts guests inside the series' familiar chain of near misses after a premonition disrupts Death's plan. Its park description leaves the exact set pieces under wraps.

Seven scare zones and four shows
The scare-zone list includes City Under Siege, Devil's Triangle, Exile Hill, Nightmares: Reign of Blood, Plaza de la Muerte, Thunderbolt Alley, and Underworlds of Oz.
Four shows are listed: Unleashed, Sliders of the Night: Streets of Mayhem, Margo Rita's Monster Ball, and the new Nytewalkerz. The last one combines undead characters with dancers, skaters, and trampoline performers.
Regular admission or a valid season pass is required for Fright Fest. Haunted-maze entry is sold separately, and the event is not recommended for children under 13.
