Final Destination: Death's Playground is coming to Six Flags Great Adventure this fall. The New Jersey park joins Six Flags Magic Mountain as an announced location for the new maze.
The new maze puts guests inside the series' familiar chain of near misses after a premonition disrupts Death's plan. Its park description leaves the exact set pieces under wraps.

Magic Mountain's Fright Fest Runs September 18-November 1
Fright Fest returns to Six Flags Magic Mountain on select nights from September 18 through November 1, 2026. Its lineup has seven haunted mazes, including Final Destination: Death's Playground.

Seven scare zones and four shows
The scare-zone list includes City Under Siege, Devil's Triangle, Exile Hill, Nightmares: Reign of Blood, Plaza de la Muerte, Thunderbolt Alley, and Underworlds of Oz.
Four shows are listed: Unleashed, Sliders of the Night: Streets of Mayhem, Margo Rita's Monster Ball, and the new Nytewalkerz. The last one combines undead characters with dancers, skaters, and trampoline performers.
Regular admission or a valid season pass is required for Fright Fest. Haunted-maze entry is sold separately, and the event is not recommended for children under 13.
