Yzma will make her Oogie Boogie Bash debut at Disney California Adventure in 2026, Disney announced August 12.
The purple-clad schemer from Disney Animation's The Emperor's New Groove joins the after-hours party's lineup of villains. Oogie Boogie Bash uses character encounters and treat trails to put rarely seen Disney antagonists in the spotlight.
Yzma gets her own treat trail
Yzma served as Emperor Kuzco's royal adviser before trying to take the throne for herself. Her elaborate plans, sharp silhouette and partnership with Kronk have kept her among the film's most recognizable characters since its 2000 release.
The separately ticketed Oogie Boogie Bash returns to Disney California Adventure this fall. Character appearances and entertainment can change by event night.
