Zootopia 3 is officially in development at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Birds will join the city in the next chapter.

Zootopia's Birds Move Into the Story

The announcement points to birds as the new population entering the franchise after the first two films focused on mammal communities. Directors, cast, plot and a release date have not been disclosed.
