Six Flags Great America's Fright Fest runs on select dates from September 19 through November 1, 2026. The Gurnee park's lineup adds two original-to-the-park mazes: Blair Witch: No Signal and Nightmares.
Blair Witch: No Signal sends guests into the Black Hills Forest in near-total darkness. The route includes abandoned camps, ritual sites and Rustin Parr's house. Nightmares moves through changing dreamscapes filled with clowns, spiders, optical illusions and a particularly unfriendly medical ward.

Necropolis Returns for Great America's 50th Season
The returning Necropolis scare zone marks the park's 50th season with characters from past Fright Fest events. Oddities: Circus of Madness, Forbidden Forest, Underworld, Head Bangerz, Lost Souls and Wretched Meadows also return. Masquer-RAVE and The Velvet Quarter are new scare zones for 2026.
Seven Shows Fill the Fright Fest Schedule
The live lineup lists The Uprising: Nightly Call of the Dead, Procession of Nightmares, The Ringmaster's Cabaret: The Ringmaster's Revenge, Love at First Fright, Wake the Dead, The Wraths and The Pumpkin King.
The event is not recommended for children under 13 after 6 p.m. Regular admission or a valid season pass is required, and maze access is sold separately.
