Disney released the complete menu for the 2026 International Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT on August 19, giving guests the marketplace dishes and phased opening dates ahead of the August 27 start.
The festival runs through November 21. Thirty dishes return or receive revisions for the event's 30th anniversary, alongside new food and drinks across the park.
New 2026 dishes at The Wedge, Brew-Wing Lab and Hops & Barley
The Wedge at CommuniCore Hall, hosted by Dairy Does More, opens September 18 with cheese plates, crab-and-corn macaroni and cheese, three-cheese macaroni and cheese, cheesesteak macaroni and cheese, wine pairings and a cannoli milk shake. The menu runs through November 8.
At Brew-Wing Lab at The Odyssey, guests can choose Buffalo-dill pickle, garlic-Parmesan, Korean barbecue and Carolina Reaper pepper-curry wings. The menu also includes plant-based chicken strips, fried pickle spears and frozen pomegranate and raspberry tea.
Other new or returning dishes include basil pesto chicken dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy, the smoked brisket and cheddar melt at Hops & Barley, and a frozen apple blossom made with apple cider, ginger ale, apple brandy, marshmallows and maple syrup.
Thirty anniversary dishes return to EPCOT menus
Thirty dishes from earlier Food & Wine Festival menus return or receive revisions for the anniversary year. Pumpkin-mascarpone ravioli at Forest & Field, a grilled bushberry-spiced shrimp skewer from Australia, bo ssam pork belly lettuce wraps from South Korea and potato pierogi from Poland are among them.
EPCOT marketplace openings begin August 27
Most festival marketplaces open on August 27, while several locations start later. The Festival Favorites menu begins September 9, and The Wedge runs September 18 through November 8. Emile's Fromage Montage and the Cheers to Cheese interactive exhibit also return to CommuniCore Hall.
The festival runs at EPCOT from August 27 through November 21. Valid park admission is required, and food and beverage purchases are separate from entry.
