Disneyland Park begins its 2026 Halloween character lineup on August 21. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their friends are wearing new Halloween-themed outfits, while Jack Skellington, Sally and a new Chewbacca pumpkin add photo stops around the park.
Three seasonal character-dining experiences also start August 21 at the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
New Halloween Costumes Gather in Town Square
Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Clarabelle Cow and Chip ‘n’ Dale are scheduled for Town Square. Their new outfits use harlequin motifs, frilled collars and cuffs, and orange, yellow and black confection details.
Jack Skellington and Sally Return to New Orleans Square
Jack Skellington and Sally appear in the Royal Courtyard in New Orleans Square, giving guests a distinct Halloween stop from the Town Square lineup.
Chewbacca Gets a Pumpkin Near the Partners Statue
The Partners statue, across from Sleeping Beauty Castle, is surrounded by character pumpkins. A new pumpkin depicting Chewbacca joins displays featuring Buzz Lightyear and Roger Rabbit.
Other Halloween characters around Disneyland Park include Gaston, Maleficent, Cruella de Vil, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, Drizella, the Queen and the Queen of Hearts.
Three Disneyland Resort Hotel Dining Experiences Start August 21
Guests who want a character meal can find the seasonal appearances at two Disneyland Resort hotels:
Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween
At the Disneyland Hotel, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie Mouse and Chip ‘n’ Dale appear in Halloween attire from August 21 through October 31.
Mickey’s Autumn Adventures Breakfast & Brunch
At Storytellers Cafe in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and Chip ‘n’ Dale appear from August 21 through November 15.
Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner
The same Storytellers Cafe location hosts Clarabelle Cow, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto for dinner from August 21 through October 31. Advance reservations are recommended for the character dining experiences.
