A portable battery caught fire inside Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland Park late Sunday, Aug. 23, and firefighters inspected the attraction, according to a report from Theme Park IQ.

CrowdLevels marked Pirates of the Caribbean CLOSED at , after an earlier 10:38 p.m. check marked it DOWN. Both rows showed a 0-minute wait and no planned closure. Regular operating hours run from 8 a.m. to midnight.

The latest CrowdLevels row did not include a return time or a scheduled refurbishment. The status changed from DOWN at 10:38 p.m. PDT to CLOSED at 11:03 p.m. PDT, but no reopening time was available.
