Disney will raise the monthly price of its discontinued Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Select legacy bundle from $24.99 to $27.99 for existing subscribers on the first billing cycle on or after September 17, 2026.
Subscribers who joined a bundle containing ESPN Select before August 20 will see the change. The legacy plan is no longer available for new purchases or plan switches.
Existing subscribers keep the legacy plan unless they switch
The affected plan combines Disney+ without ads, Hulu with ads, and ESPN Select with ads. Subscribers can keep that mix if they remain on the plan, but canceling or changing it removes the legacy option.
The first higher charge will appear in the billing period that begins on or after September 17. Verizon's current support notice lists the same increase for customers with a non-perk legacy bundle.
New Disney bundles start at $21.99 with ads
Disney's current replacement options include a $21.99 monthly Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Select bundle with ads on Disney+ and Hulu, and a $32.99 Premium version with ad-free Disney+ and Hulu. ESPN Select remains ad-supported in both plans.
Those current options are separate from the legacy plan. New subscriptions started on August 20 use the new rates, while existing subscribers see the legacy increase in September.
