Menu boards for Halloween Horror Nights 35 are going up at Universal Studios Florida ahead of the event's Aug. 28 opening. Chip and Company documented the installation during an Aug. 23 visit to the park.
Food and drink locations are tied to Sinners, Hellraiser, Stranger Things 5, Evil Dead Burn, Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness and the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares. The announced program includes themed food and beverages, while the new boards show where more of the lineup is landing.
Update, Aug. 27: Universal Orlando's Discover Universal channel published a new HHN 2026 food guide with dishes and drinks tied to this year's haunted-house lineup.
Five House-Themed Foods in Universal's HHN 35 Lineup
The new HHN 35 lineup includes five dishes tied to the event's film and television houses:
- Sinners: Annie's Juke Joint Catfish & Grits with hot sauce.
- Stranger Things 5: El's Battery Jerky, a macaroni-and-cheese dish with garlic bread.
- Hellraiser: Pleasure & Pain Brain, a custard dessert served with cake pieces shaped like teeth and skin.
- Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness: The Prince of Darkness Cake, a mini carrot cake with cream-cheese mousse.
- Evil Dead Burn: Lasagna Burn, a pot-sticker lasagna with ground pork and chili crisp.
Additional carnival-themed dishes, specialty cocktails and Annual Passholder options include Cannoli Chips at Guido's Gelato and the Alien! drink at Dead Coconut Club.
Update, Aug. 25: The current Orlando menu now includes two The Simpsons “Treehouse of Horror” items. The menu also includes a cold brew at Lard Lad Donuts and loaded fries at Cletus' Chicken Shack.
Universal Orlando Adds Two Treehouse of Horror Items
The Pumpkin Spice Cold Boo is listed at $10.99 at Lard Lad Donuts. It combines cold brew, pumpkin spice cold foam and a doughnut hole.
Road Scrapin’s is listed at $11.99 at Cletus' Chicken Shack. The dish pairs french fries with white country gravy, cheese, fried chicken and crispy onions.
The Mmm… Forbidden Pumpkin Donut, Sloppy D'oh and Wurst. Brat. Ever! items previewed for Universal Studios Hollywood remain absent from the current Orlando menu.
Sinners, Hellraiser and Stranger Things 5 Booth Menus
At the Sinners booth near the New York and San Francisco area, Annie's Juke Joint Catfish & Grits, Chow's Southern BBQ Eggrolls, Pecan & Whiskey Bread Pudding and the Slide Guitar Smash cocktail appear on the board.
At the Hellraiser booth in World Expo near Springfield, the reported lineup includes Pinhead's Skin & Meatballs, Skin & Chips Nachos, the Pleasure & Pain Brain dessert and Cenobite's Kiss. The Stranger Things 5 booth carries El's Battery Jerky, Steve's Smuggled Peanut Butter Bites and Upside Down Chicken & Waffles.
Jack & Odd Dog Leads the Gramercy Park Food Lineup
At Eats 'N Treats in Gramercy Park, the Death by Cheese Stick and a Nathan's all-beef footlong called the Jack & Odd Dog appear on the board. The footlong is served in a purple Oddfellow ube bun with peppers, onions, cheese sauce and Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
Other named items include the Carn"Evil" Smash Tacos at Jack's Circus Surplus, Deathbringer Tempura Shrimp at Oddfellow's Menagerie and Fritos Walking Tacos near the former Animal Actors area. The reported Fritos versions carry a $14.99 price.
Some HHN 35 Booths Were Still Being Finished
Chip and Company reported that the Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness bar was decorated but did not yet have its menu installed. The Evil Dead Burn kiosk was also still being prepared during the visit.
Halloween Horror Nights 35 is scheduled at Universal Studios Florida on select nights from Aug. 28 through Nov. 1. Separate admission is required, and menu locations or item details can change before opening night.
