Disney+ will premiere The Real Rooneys on September 24, bringing a 10-episode documentary series about Coleen and Wayne Rooney to the service as a UK Hulu Original.
Episodes 1-8 arrive on September 24
Disney+ will release the first eight episodes on September 24. Two special episodes follow on October 1.
The series follows the Rooney family through a changing year
The series follows Wayne as he steps away from football management and adjusts to school runs, while Coleen takes on new career opportunities, including a Primark range.
Cameras will follow the couple at home, as they raise four boys and support their eldest son Kai's football ambitions. The announced locations also include Barbados and the Alps.
Lorton Entertainment and Blast Films produce The Real Rooneys
Julian Bird, Paul Stretford and Ashley Smith executive produce for Lorton Entertainment. Danny Horan and Tanya Winston executive produce for Blast Films, with Martin Webb directing and Nonuk Walter serving as showrunner.
