Universal Studios Japan is accepting park-visitor orders for selected HamiKuma goods from August 30 through November 8, 2026. Eligible orders are expected to ship from April 2027 or later.
Guests must complete USJ's park-visit registration inside the park before placing an order. After registering, they can order until 11:45 p.m. Japan time that day. A location-capable smartphone and credit card are required.
The HamiKuma order window closes November 8, but quantities may run out sooner
Only products marked 注文受付, or order acceptance, qualify. Quantities are limited, and the window can close before November 8 if the limit is reached. Eligible goods may be added during the campaign, and Beverly Hills Gifts is displaying them.
The online store also limits purchases to three of each item per person during the campaign. Guests can check the official collection for the products currently marked for park-visit ordering.
USJ ships every eligible item after the order is complete
USJ will ship an order after all of its eligible products arrive. Delivery-date selection is unavailable, and shipping is limited to addresses in Japan. Products with different delivery timing must be ordered separately.
The later-delivery window follows USJ's August 28 launch of a six-piece HamiKuma keychain collection. This order notice covers selected goods and does not promise that every HamiKuma item qualifies for later delivery.
