Update: Disney’s regional closure FAQ identifies Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore as the four markets where customers can place final orders through Sept. 30, 2026. The last order time is 11:59 p.m.
Separate closure notices are posted on the Singapore and Malaysia storefronts. Both say their local online shops will close after Sept. 30. The regional FAQ provides the corresponding scope for Australia and New Zealand.
The announcement concerns online shopping. It does not announce the closure of physical Disney Store locations.
Orders Continue Through September 30
Orders placed on or before the deadline will still be shipped and fulfilled. Confirmed and existing orders remain subject to published delivery timelines, policies and product availability. Disney also warns that higher order volume could cause delivery delays.
Items that are already sold out are not expected to return before the online shops close.
Support and Authorized Retailers Remain
Eligible returns, exchanges and warranties will continue under Disney’s published policies. Customers will also retain access to order history and support for purchases made through DisneyStore.asia.
Disney merchandise will remain available through authorized and trusted retailers in each country after September. No replacement retailers are named.
