Gideon’s Bakehouse has brought back its Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb cookie for September. The seasonal item appears on the current menu alongside a newly posted September 2026 cake-slice schedule.
The Pumpkin Bread Cookie Returns for September
Gideon’s describes the nearly half-pound cookie as a pumpkin-spiced dessert filled with real pumpkin, the bakery’s house pumpkin spice blend, a little chocolate and a generous layer of pumpkin butter crumbs. It is available this September only.
At Disney Springs, the bakery is in The Landing. It serves almost half-pound cookies, rotating cake slices and limited desserts while supplies last. The menu can change, so a particular flavor is not guaranteed on every visit.
September Cake Slices Rotate by Day
Gideon’s September 2026 cake-slice schedule assigns each day its own three-flavor lineup:
- Sunday: Chocolate Coffee Toffee, Chocolate Chip Marshmallow and Key Lime Pie Cake.
- Monday: Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Cake, Golden Oreo Cake and Salted Caramel Cake.
- Tuesday: Valentina’s Cake, Chocolate Everything Cake and PB & Jelly Cake.
- Wednesday: Pumpkin Caramel Double Frosted Cake, Fluffernutter Cake and Andes Mint Cake.
- Thursday: S’mores Cake, Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake and Chocolate Churro.
- Friday: Peanut Butter Cup, Rainbow Crunch Cake and Carrot Cake.
- Saturday: Pumpkin Caramel Double Frosted Cake, Original Red Velvet Cake and Cookies & Cream Cake.
Cake slices are served at both locations daily while supplies last, and the schedule can change when ingredients are short. For Disney Springs visitors, Gideon’s Bakehouse is in The Landing, according to the Walt Disney World listing.
