Magic Key holders have another chance to collect Disney California Adventure billboard magnets and a Magic Key license plate frame starting September 14, 2026. The Missed Keepsakes Giveaway Event runs on select dates through September 26, with a different pickup schedule for each item.
Magnet and license plate frame pickup dates
Both keepsakes will be distributed at the Hyperion Theater Courtyard in Disney California Adventure from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on their designated days:
- Disney California Adventure Park Billboard Magnet Set: September 14, 16, 18 and 19.
- Magic Key License Plate Frame: September 21, 23, 25 and 26.
Supplies are limited. A park reservation and valid admission are required, and applicable Magic Key blockout dates still apply.
Join the virtual queue at noon
Eligible holders with a reservation for Disneyland or Disney California Adventure can try to join the event’s virtual queue in the Disneyland app at noon on the pickup day.
Link your pass in the app, open the virtual queue section and select the Missed Keepsakes Giveaway Event. If your boarding group is called, a push notification will provide a return window for checking in at the Hyperion Theater Courtyard.
The limit is one virtual queue entry and one keepsake per Magic Key holder. The holder must be there to redeem it and show a valid pass. Joining the queue does not guarantee a keepsake, and some boarding groups may not be called.
Disneylandia button pickup starts September 15
A separate complimentary Disneylandia commemorative button will be available to Magic Key holders beginning September 15, while supplies last, for Hispanic Latin American Heritage Month.
Pick it up during regular operating hours at Disneyana on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland or Kingswell on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure. The button is limited to one per holder, who must be present and show a valid Magic Key pass. Park admission and a reservation are required.
