Universal Studios Japan is offering free admission for one child with each adult ticket through its new Holiday Kids Free Pass. The ticket is valid for visits from November 13 through December 30, 2026.
The adult-and-child ticket starts at ¥8,400. The same pair would normally start at ¥13,900.
Who can use the Holiday Kids Free Pass?
The offer is limited to people who live in Japan. It covers one child ages 4–11 for each accompanying adult. A 12-year-old who is still in elementary school also qualifies.
Buyers must upload a valid document that confirms the child’s age and the family’s residence in Japan. Accepted examples include a passport, My Number card, copy of a residence certificate or student ID. Verification may delay the purchase confirmation email.
Tickets went on sale around noon Japan time on September 14. They are available through Universal’s official website, JTB locations and participating official, alliance and associate hotels.
Discounted annual pass upgrades
Children who enter with the Holiday Kids Free Pass can upgrade that day at the park’s Annual Pass Center. The child price starts at ¥8,000 for a Prime Annual Pass Standard or ¥27,100 for a Prime Annual Pass Grand Royal. An official document is required for the upgrade.
The campaign also includes hotel, food and merchandise offers. Terms vary by hotel, and More details about the in-park discounts will be announced later.
