Guest photos posted September 18 point to two visible set changes inside Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom. A static figure is absent from one scene, and a light fixture appears toppled in another.
@CoasterK24 wrote that the figure had been missing for almost two weeks. CrowdLevels has not independently established when it was removed or why.
Its been almost 2 weeks and a stagnent figure is still missing on Tianas. How does a stagnent figure break? Like how?

A separate photo from @VashSky includes the same missing figure and a light fixture lying on its side. Disney has not said whether the fixture is damaged, why either detail changed, or whether the details are related.
Not only is a static figure missing (the only feature that most fans liked, btw) but when did it become acceptable for a light fixture to remain toppled? Imagine if Splash Mountain was in such embarrassing shape constantly and it underscores how little people care about TBA.

Refurbishment Begins November 2
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will close for routine refurbishment on November 2 and is expected to reopen in December 2026. Disney has not connected that scheduled work to the details visible in the guest photos.
