The first group of runners in the 2026 Disney Wine & Dine 5K will start at 4:30 a.m. Eastern on Friday, October 23. That is 30 minutes earlier than before.
Not every runner will leave at 4:30. Assigned start groups will run from 4:30 to 7:30 a.m., according to the official race listing.
Wine & Dine 5K starts will span three hours
The new schedule spreads assigned groups across a three-hour window. Runners should use the time assigned to their group rather than treating 4:30 a.m. as a single start for the full field.
