Chessington World of Adventures has named its 2027 Minecraft rollercoaster Escape the Nether. The ride will be part of Minecraft World, the new land coming to the UK resort next year.
Riders will board minecarts and join Steve and Alex for a run through the Nether. Chessington says the route includes hostile mobs, plenty of lava and a launch back into the Overworld.

Chessington is billing Escape the Nether as the world’s first Minecraft rollercoaster. The park has not announced an exact opening date, height requirement or additional ride specifications.
Merlin Entertainments and Mojang Studios announced the Chessington project as the first permanent attraction in their global Minecraft partnership.
