Frank and Earliene have worked at Walt Disney World since the resort opened on October 1, 1971. Disney introduced both cast members in a new feature published ahead of Walt Disney World's 55th anniversary.
Frank is an Entertainment Readiness Manager with Disney Live Entertainment. He was among the employees who stepped through the gates on opening day and welcomed the first guests. Over 55 years, he has held several roles at the resort.
Earliene works as a merchandise hostess at Disney's Contemporary Resort. She recalled arriving for opening day without expecting the job to last for decades. Her favorite part remains meeting families and watching children enjoy the parks.
The pair modeled pieces from Walt Disney World's 55th-anniversary collection for the feature. The collection is available at Emporium and Creations Shop while supplies last. Select items are expected at DisneyStore.com soon.
