Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. is named as the buyer of Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A.’s former campus in Cypress, California, on a grant deed recorded September 23.

The Orange County document declares $126,819 in transfer tax and says the tax was computed on the full value of the property conveyed. At the county rate of 55 cents per $500 or fraction thereof, that figure implies a taxable value of about $115.29 million. The deed does not list a separate purchase price.

WDW News Today first reported the Disney connection after tracing the sale to the recorded deed.

The deed identifies the buyer and seller but does not state how Disney intends to use the property.
