Disney Believe will serve more than 20 gelato and ice cream flavors at Inside Out: Joyful Sweets, part of an entirely new menu Disney revealed Thursday for the ship’s sweet shop.

The preview also introduced five named drinks across Sea Notes, Wishing Well and Skygazers. Disney Believe is scheduled to begin sailing in December 2027.

Joyful Sweets puts the emotions on the menu

Disney’s first menu look covers cupcakes, cake-style popsicles, crisped rice treats, sandwich cookies and chocolate spheres. Four cupcakes take their names and flavors from Joy, Anger, Anxiety and Envy.

The Joy Lemon Confetti Cupcake pairs vanilla confetti cake with blue filling and lemon buttercream. Anger’s red velvet cupcake adds cinnamon buttercream and chocolate ganache. Anxiety gets orange-almond cake with espresso-chocolate crème frosting, while Envy’s sour apple cake comes with matcha buttercream and lime curd.

Five drinks preview three new lounges

Sea Notes, the ship’s Little Mermaid-inspired piano lounge, will serve a Sea Salt Martini with vodka, bergamot liqueur, cucumber juice, Cocchi Americano and salted coconut sea foam. Its nonalcoholic companion, Under the Seaweed, combines a tequila alternative with cucumber, coconut water, lime, blue curaçao syrup and nori.

Skygazers will also offer Starshine, a nonalcoholic drink made with a distilled botanical spirit, nonalcoholic sake, white grape, yuzu and elderflower. Disney did not classify Wishing Well’s Peddler’s Disguise as alcoholic or nonalcoholic in the announcement.
