Hersheypark has reused a drainage pipe set piece from The Descent: Catacombs of Decay as a walk-in photo spot for Dark Nights. Guests can step inside the former haunted-house prop for pictures.
The pipe is just beyond the entrance to Lightning Racer in Avenue of the Afterlife. Its location also gives photographers a chance to catch the wooden coaster passing in the background.
The Descent was a Dark Nights haunted house. The pipe now gives part of that retired attraction a public-facing role inside the seasonal event.
