World of Disney at Disney Springs will use a virtual queue for the Disney Lorcana: Hyperia City release on October 16, opening access through the My Disney Experience app at 6 a.m. EDT. Guests must be within approximately 45 miles of Disney Springs when they try to join.
Each boarding pass covers one guest and cannot be linked or shared. When a group is called, that guest has 60 minutes to return to World of Disney. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Disney Springs Parking Opens at 9 a.m.
Boarding groups will begin receiving return calls no earlier than 9 a.m., the standard opening time for the Disney Springs parking garages. Vehicles and guests arriving before 9 a.m. will be asked to leave and return then.
Guests should wait for their group notification before approaching World of Disney. Estimated return times can change or pause. Check the My Disney Experience app and return only after the group is called.
Purchases Are Limited to Two of Each Item
A valid boarding pass allows one transaction. Each guest may buy up to two of each item while supplies last. Securing a group does not guarantee access to the collection or to a specific product.
The Hyperia City prerelease begins October 16. The wider release follows October 23.
