Crealy is considering more shade and water attractions for next year after a hot summer created new problems around the Devon theme park.

Director Josh Haywood told BBC News that planning for hotter weather is already underway. “Do we add more shaded areas? Do we add more water attractions?” he said.

Haywood said the heat left some ride seats “too hot to sit in.” Neither added shade nor another water attraction has been approved, and Crealy has not announced an attraction type, budget or installation date.
