USJ Shares a Red-Lit Look at Jaws After Dark

The shark, boat and water glow red in two official photos of the limited-time nighttime presentation.

Universal Studios Japan has shared two nighttime photos of Jaws: Red Alert, bathing the attraction's shark, boat and water in deep red light.

The limited-time special presentation changes the familiar scene after dark. In one frame, two riders sit in the foreground as the shark rises behind them. The other closes in on the shark amid red-lit water and mist.

The Shark Emerges Through Red Mist

The second image strips away most of the boat and centers the shark in the glow. Red light catches the spray around its head while the water below turns nearly black.

The after-dark scene is drenched in red. Nothing here signals a new opening, and USJ did not provide capture dates.
