A music-driven Banana Ball documentary with 11 original songs is headed to Disney+ and Hulu in fall 2027.
David Beilinson is directing the film. Connor Schell’s Words + Pictures and Benj Pasek and Justin Paul’s Ampersand are producing it.
Pasek and Paul are writing original music for the documentary. Additional songwriters include Ashley Gorley, Cal Shapiro, Ben Johnson, Adam Yaron, Jake Sinclair, Brandon Bomer, Jarius Jones and Jesse Cole.
A new Banana Ball film, ten years in the making, with all original music from the writers of The Greatest Showman, Pasek and Paul. Then on Disney+ and Hulu in the fall.
