Four Walt Disney World guest incidents from July and September appear in Florida's newly updated quarterly report.
On July 11, a 25-year-old woman injured her right leg while on Humunga Kowabunga. On September 1, a 42-year-old man experienced dizziness and eye pain after riding Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets.
Two more entries are dated later in September. A 44-year-old man experienced vomiting after riding Tiana's Bayou Adventure on September 23, and a 45-year-old man had a seizure after exiting Pirates of the Caribbean on September 25.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services report, updated October 15, covers July through September. The information reflects what facilities reported at the time of each incident. FDACS does not receive later updates to guests' initial medical assessments.
